Martin Bosley Seafood Workshops
Once again the Gisborne Wine & Food Festival will host exclusive celebrity chef workshops giving you the opportunity to learn trade secrets and insider tips from an expert.
This year Martin Bosley has been selected to host two 1 hour long Seafood Workshops where he will prepare dishes using the freshest Gisborne seafood matched to the finest Gisborne wines.

Ticketing Information
Tickets for the Martin Bosley Seafood Workshops are $65 and are strictly limited to 80 persons per session. Tickets can be purchased from Ticketek or the Gisborne Wine Centre from 15 July 2011. Booking fees may apply to Ticketek purchases.
Workshop tickets must be purchased in conjunction with a General Admission ticket. Workshop attendees cannot enter the Gisborne Wine & Food Festival with a Seafood Workshop ticket.
