Trophies
Supreme Wine of Show Trophy
Highest scoring gold awarded wine with a score 18.5 or greater.
Highest Awarded Wine Company Trophy
Calculated on the basis of 3 points for gold, 2 points for silver, and 1 point for bronze. The winner will be awarded on the highest total for wines entered under a common wine company, wine group or unique wine brand.
Best Value Wine under $20 trophy
Awarded to the highest scoring gold or silver wine under $20 using the information supplied on the entry forms.
Bill Irwin Trophy
Celebrating a new initiative that represents Gisborne's unique regional wine entrepeneurial nature.
Lead Viticulturist Trophy
Awarded to the viticulturalist who has provided growing knowledge and expertise to the “highest awarded wine company 2012”.

All wines must be made with no less than 85% local fruit.
